Thank you Valentino!

The single is holding up quite well then, another week in the top 20 would be superb! Surprised though to see the album dropping so fast in the UK! Apparently she needs a new single soon and maybe another tv performance - I guess we'll have to wait for her voice to get better. There's no rush! ;)

Great staying power there for Primadonna! At the moment its sales should be around 75k, great Marina! How much have Hollywood sold?

Expected drop for Electra Heart. Fingers crossed for a second top 10 week!

She's holding pretty well in Ireland. I wonder why shes doing doing that well in the UK. Interesting.

It is a great run but consistently agonisingly short of the Top 10!

#30 in Norway.

Didn't enter the album chart here in Sweden. It was top 20 on iTunes a whole week (even top 10 for a while) but apparently iTunes sales here are really low :(

1-13 isn't too bad, It could of been a lot worse hopefully she can have another week top 40 but I think she might fall

Aren't you seeing it a bit too extreme :o ?
I mean it's not like we are talking about a scene artist, Marina And The Diamonds is not the in-thing but I think she's known though...

I don't get why "Primadonna" popularity doesn't reflect to the album sales :-?

Because it's a pop song - and many people are buying it who are new to her and unsure about further purchases. Many pop acts find it hard to shift albums until they have several crossover hits. Many pop acts NEVER shift albums (Bananarama and Kim Wilde had real problems their whole careers).

I think it will be fine a couple of singles down the line. Next single will push it back in top 20. Third one will cement longevity (as long as it's Lies, The State Of Dreaming or Starring Role).

She needs ALL radio to support her, too. Not just Radio One.

Primadonna isn't pop...
And Marina And The Diamonds has got some Alternative vibe in her imagine and alternative artists usually sell albums in greater numbers, so maybe it's just a matter of time...
Ellie Goulding, who is promoted similiarly, also dropped kinda huge at the beginning with Lights but it started to pick up, sell constantly and eventually re-reached the top 10. Due to a re-release and several successful singles, it spent over 2 years on the chart and reached 2x Platinum despite falling 1-16...
