Australia:
5 (8) Ceremonials 31 weeks (No. 1 for 1 week)
29 (30) MTV PRESENTS UNPLUGGED 7 weeks (No. 17 for 1 week)
32 (27) Between Two Lungs 97 weeks (No. 3 for 1 week)

It's Ceremonials' highest position since its 3rd charting week in November 2011 :D 8-) !

Between Two Lungs is the best-selling Catalog studio album by far (the next one is Adele's 19 at No. 75).

It would be great if "Ceremonials" could replicate "Lungs" longevity and achieve platinum in the US. So far, it's doing good. 385K away from the million mark.

I just wanted to share an interesting stat about Florence. I guess this is the best place to post this - it's about Lungs, not Ceremonials, but I can't find a Lungs thread (unsurprising since this is no longer the current album).

Anyway, the fact is: Lungs has so far spent 155 consecutive weeks on the UK album chart since debuting in July 2009! To consider how long ago that was, it debuted at No 2, prevented from entering at No 1 by The Essential Michael Jackson - which was at the top due to MJ's death a few weeks previously.

That's how long Lungs has been on the UK chart - since just after MJ died.

(I posted some stats here about longest consecutive runs on the UK album chart but my sources were incorrect in some cases so this list wasn't valid. Anyway the point stands that 155 consecutive weeks in the top 100 is a brilliant run! :D )

Counting down the days until 21 outsells Morning Glory in the UK.
Mission complete on 29.12.2012 :)

@phoenix83: You missed albums like Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad which charted for 250 weeks, Abba's Gold Greatest Hits with 341 weeks, Coldplay's Parachute with 183 weeks or Shania Twain's Come On Over with 185 weeks...

The chart consists of 200 positions, therefore they also "count for official chart purposes".
