I agree! It's so samey in parts. For example the five RedOne songs following each other...SholasBoy wrote:You know I'm actually loving the album on shuffle when it's not packed with too much of the same in one go, I think they should have mixed the tracklisting up a bit.
This album is so amazing...on shuffle . What was Onika thinking when she did the ordering of the tracklist?Noahh wrote:I agree! It's so samey in parts. Still this album is amazing and my favorite album of 2012 so far! I've been playing it non-stop since the leak!
I think this cover will definitely get the album noticed on the shelf, but the cover for Pink Friday still owns.firefly_86 wrote:It's a shame that the promo pics and covers are so rubbish when the cover for Pink Friday, was like, the best ever!!
"Starships" is great until that awkward beat drop and the dodgy dance break.JimJim wrote:I disagree, 'Starships' is superior, might in fact be my favourite track of the entire album. 'Pound The Alarm' and 'Whip It' are both really great comparable tracks, but the next best in pop is really 'Va Va Voom'
I went out to some clubs for the first time in my life the other day (Woo! ) but they didn't play any Minaj stuff. I'm sure it would sound great though!JimJim wrote:That beatdrop is/will be amazing at clubs/parties, no doubt.
I think they only focus on the pop side here in Europe. Nicki isn't that famous here and all her Rap Songs flopped. Her most successful song is Turn Me On and i think in the most countries Turn Me On is one of the reasons for people to look who Nicki is.Jesper wrote:I wonder how this era will go, especially for the UK/EU, do you think they will only focus on the popside or gonna release also from the hiphopside here in Europe?
