Roman Holiday growed on me soooo much. Guess it's my favourite song from Nicki now.

Amazing song.

I also love the verses more than the Chorus.

I agree! It's so samey in parts. For example the five RedOne songs following each other...

I think this cover will definitely get the album noticed on the shelf, but the cover for Pink Friday still owns.

"Pound The Alarm" is so much stronger than "Starships". It definitely should've been the main pop single from this album.

I disagree, 'Starships' is superior, might in fact be my favourite track of the entire album. 'Pound The Alarm' and 'Whip It' are both really great comparable tracks, but the next best in pop is really 'Va Va Voom'

Pound the Alarm wouldn't sound out of place on a 2 Unlimited album in the 90's. It's a long long way from Moment 4 Life...

"Starships" is great until that awkward beat drop and the dodgy dance break.

I went out to some clubs for the first time in my life the other day (Woo! :lol:

) but they didn't play any Minaj stuff. I'm sure it would sound great though!

I loved "Va Va Voom" on first listen. That'd definitely work as the Super Bass 2.0 that some of her pop fans were looking for.

I really enjoy the album, but like I (and others) said, the tracklisting is shit! I love every song by now but the ones I play most are Masquerade, Champion, Va Va Voom, Pound The Alarm and Roman Holiday. Those should be the singles too.

I think they only focus on the pop side here in Europe. Nicki isn't that famous here and all her Rap Songs flopped. Her most successful song is Turn Me On and i think in the most countries Turn Me On is one of the reasons for people to look who Nicki is.
