@Varkung: And the last one to do so that wasn't casting show-related?

And Paul Potts didn't debut at No. 1...

if you count her, that would be Beyoncé with her first solo-album in 2003.

1992 4 Non Blondes were at #1 with her debut for 5 weeks, but again i don't know whether they debuted there.
1990 Matthias Reim was also, but again i don't know whether he debuted.
if none of these counts, there hasn't been anyone achieving what Cro did after the 80s.

So only Cro and Beyonce were the only artists who weren't casting show-related, debuted at No. 1 and stayed there for at least 3 weeks since 1990 :o .
That's huge, even more for Cro as Beyonce was previously known as a Destiny's Child member, while Cro is starting from zero...

For a third week in a row!

However, this is certainly not the first time this has happened - there were two similar three-week periods last year (one in April, the other in July).....and we have gone without high newcomers for longer than this over Christmas/New Year and into January a few times!

Those seventeen hits would have been excluded from this week's chart under the old rules.

At the moment the chartruns of her last 2 albums are more successful than Andrea's. I guess her recent album "Für einen Tag" will get better positions as soon as her tour starts in September.

Helene Fischer's last 2 studio albums were certified 3x Gold, while Andrea Berg's last 2 studio albums were certified 4x and 2x Platinum respectively.

@jaxx: Do you have got a clue why the Best Of is charting over Helene's current studio album?

I was only talking about the chartruns of "Best of" and "Für einen Tag", not the certifications, but I guess they are under-certified at the moment.

Helene gave a free concert at the Pride in Cologne on 8th July. I guess that event pushed it, as there haven't been any other TV- or live-performances within the last 2 months.

She's in the business for more than 20 years. Maybe in 8 years Helene's "Best of" will get that much attention as well. We'll see. Interesting to see, that other people say that sound is "awful" but it's the same Schlager-album leading the longest-running-albums-chart in 2 countries

That's huge, even more for Cro as Beyonce was previously known as a Destiny's Child member, while Cro is starting from zero...

Amy Macdonald - A Curious Thing in 2010 too
I think it's about debut albums, isn't it?

And why is this strange Song on #2 in the Singles?
Because it's at number 1 on Itunes with a 15% gap to the number 2.
Okay thank you and why did Adele fall everywhere down?
2 weeks ago Adele climbed a couple of positons with her album and her singles. For example RITD climbed #92 --> #72. And now this boost is gone again. That's why she drops those positions again. But I don't know why she climbed...

@jaxx: I guess Schlager in the German-speaking countries is like country in the US. The artists are very successful, though a lot of people don't like their music calling it awful, Andrea Berg's Best Of is like Shania Twain's Come On Over in the US and Andreas Gabalier is what Taylor Swift is in the US (maybe rather for Austria than for Germany).

Maybe not exactly, but I see some connections to it...
