Like in Germany, there won't be any effect on sales. She needs to do promotion and the new single should have been sent to radios to settle down properly on radio airplay.
The fans who bought their ticket already have their own copy of MDNA and there has been absolutely no posters of the concert on the streets since... February !
So, nobody knows, nobody cares and the album is dead. It will probably climb a little for a few days, that's shimmering, now soaring...
So no tour effect expected in France.

So far definetely not a big tour effect in Germany.
It would be weird if MDNA re-entered in the top 10 only in the small-medium markets and not in the big ones. Her "promotion" is the same everywhere.

MDNA is the 47th best selling album in Australia this year so far. ~#80 by the end of the year? Or will left the top 100?

#60(Bieber) has sold 15,162 copies, so MDNA could sell 20-23k this year

She is going to announce the Aussie dates by the end of July there....and then finally tour there....hope it will be no late.

I'm glad The Netherlands are still supporting her. She is likely to sell more then the latest albums of Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj. So that's quite an effort for the album that's not doing great in some markets worldwide.

The Olympics? The opening of the Olympics is the 27th July. She's in Ireland the 24th and in Austria the 29th. Can't they just book her for the opening?!

Madonna is the QUEEN of Europe , no matter other female artists do , madonna always will BIGGER , well Adele , Pink have some relevancy in Europe , but Madonna is in other world compared with all the female stars in Europe ..

it would be amazing if Magde will be nominated to EMAS this year with Adele,Rihanna,maybe Lana,Nicky,with all the new generation, only the QUEEN can get that , i guess she can get some nominatios to EMAS...

That is really strange. I wonder if it is because media coverage hasn't been as prevalent with the soccer match that happened the other night? It seems weird there would be virtually no effect.
