I am the same, I actually liked them two but it was obvious Nicole would get the boot, I think what went against Paula was she was like Nicole at times.

If I was one of the Celebrities in the running for a judges role, I think I would be put off by the bad press, it's a risk and if Simon ain't happy with you, he drop you quick as a flash, who needs that humiliation.

I do not think she/they only meant her career in US tbh, XFactor takes months from her scedule and she had to cancel for her Killer Love era various international performances and appearences because she was doing XFactor.

I am happy tbh, I mean her label never used XFactor in her benefit and now she can actually focus on what she does the best and that is singing. She will still try to do something in US, I do expect nothing, aslong as the music gets out idc  .

I would hate that to happen.

Simon treats women disgustingly on the show. Plus Beyonce isn't Kelly Rowland with the typical black girl street talk... she'd come off nice but dull.
1. What is "black girl street" talk?

2. Kelly is more articulate than Beyonce, and Kelly doesn't use all those ridiculous slang expressions she spoke on UK X-Factor in real life. In most of Kelly's interviews, she spoke as if she had common sense. On the UK X-Factor, Kelly was trying too hard to sound "hip" and "pop culture American."

3. Beyonce is dull and nice to her "public." She's a b*tch when it comes to her career. Kelly is the opposite. Kelly's a wimp with her career, but snappy with the judges and her "public."

4. Beyonce would pull in a major audience, but her personality doesn't shine like Kelly's.

"Take A Bow"... Rihanna's ONLY ballad to go #1 on the Hot 100 (also topped the R&B Chart)... Great deed for her most epic ballad!!!

Don't worry. Beyoncé will never be a judge of any of these karaoke shows. unlike Kelly, Nicole, Paula, JLo, Christina, etc, Beyoncé has a really successful career, she doesn't need a reality show to remain relevant.

am i the only one who thinks Beyonce on the x factor would be awesome!? I'll take my Bey where ever I can get her. Imagine Beyonce and Mariah sitting right next to each other on x factor. EPIC! Plus this would be the perfect opportunity for Beyonce to find her Boy Band she's always wanted :-)

I'd rather wait 5 years for a new album than to see Beyoncé every week on that show.

OMG

You guys are absolutely crazy! This is SO not about Beyonce. She's not an X-Factor host. All of that (on both sides) is unnecessary!

Anyways, the bottom line is that Simon's ego forces him to shade everything around him without looking at his issues. And he's found talent in people, but has never (imo) known how to harvest and mature that talent.

Now, that's where LA Reid comes in as a god. He has done so and very successfully. He's made brands, not overnight hypes (even though very talented hypes at times).

Please don't ever disrespect Paula Abdul without knowing your pop culture history. Prince, Janet, and so many others in the business worked with her as a choreographer, and although she's not the greatest singer, she understands the technical side of music and dance. Let's not judge her singing ability or style, and please be respectful.

An A-list star will pull in ratings, but I'd like to see a "personality" along with it.

And Simon is great as following trends and repeating them to death. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn't.

I love Beyonce but I just can't see her doing X Factor, she's too private, huge star and is not even on twitter to begin with and guys there's no need to shade other artists who judge on these talent shows.

It's a job another way to make money and to promote yourself, nothing wrong with that just because people like Mariah Carey and Beyonce are super huge and musically respected worldwide, doesn't make people like Nicole, Kelly, Christina etc less talented or less credible because they do talent shows, when most of them were starting out they were doing talent shows themselves as contestants.

I think MonaBlissa might be right about Beyonce's personality though, she comes across very quiet and quite reserved in interviews, lovely women but I can't see her as a television personality and I rather Beyonce just stick to what she does best > Sing

Madonna is crazy! She would be shade-a-licious! I think they need to have a MAJOR star, and a FAN. And when I say someone from a FAN perspective, get a crazy reality star.

Mariah & Madonna would be a bloodbath with their fans.

Simon "found" her on the show. He didn't really help her to mature her craft and artistry, has he? And, tbh, she is a one-album wonder. Her second failed and her third... well, where is it internationally? I don't think her commercial issues have much to do with anything besides her not "crafting" an identity with her music. She has a voice (like unto Mariah, Whitney, Christina, etc.) but she never gave it identity. There's more to "crafting" and "maturing" than singing. When you think Mariah... you think of her 'sound.' When you think Whitney... you think of her 'sound.'

That's because he only cares to profit off of "finding" the talent and doesn't want to "mature" them; that's why, once they become less profitable, he stops spending money on them.

The problem is that time costs money and labels want fast returns on investment. Syco aren't the only label to be acting like this, a majority of the majors are.

Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson and Beyoncé are considered?

They are great artists but they have the most boring personalities ever! Even if they fall from their "A-list status" they don't look like the type who can help others and become mentors. They're pretty much the type of artists/musicians who are devoted to their own craft and no one else's.
