Something In Common (With Bobby Brown)

Peak:
US: -
UK: #16

A cool duet between husband and wife. A catchy urban jam. It wasn't released in US despite the music video got heavy rotation there.

#27
Where Do Broken Hearts Go

Peak:
US: #1
UK: #14

The 4th single from the album Whitney, the 4th consecutive #1 Hot 100 from the album Whitney (the first ever female artist's album to achieve this feat), as well her record breaking 7th consecutive #1 Hot 100 for her, the record still stands till today. The single also made her among artists with most #1s Hot 100 in the decade 80s, tied with Madonna.

#26
Greatest Love Of All

Peak:
US: #1
UK: #8

One of Whitney's most popular hits, the 3rd straight #1 Hot 100 from her debut album. It's a beautiful pop ballad with great message. Although for me, it's a bit overrated.

"Where Do Broken Hearts Go" is really nice and you've ranked it appropriately but "Greatest Love of All" is one of the best Whitney tracks of all-time, one of her most identifiable and enduring classics. It's too low.

Well, I consider it overrated, but GLOA is definitely a classic.

A cool midtempo urban jam from her, the music video is one of her best imo. A classic. I like her hair in the video.

#24
Could I Have This Kiss Forever (With Enrique Iglesias)

Peak:
US: #52
UK: #7

An amazing duet. I like the Latin vibe in this song, the song should've been a bigger hit, especially in US!

#23
Heartbreak Hotel (Feat. Faith Evans & Kelly Price)

Peak:
US: #2
UK: #25

Another amazing collaboration, a cool slow urban jam. However the song is a bit to long imo.

Run To You

US: #31
UK: #15

Image

Very surprised that it didn't become a bigger hit in US, cos it's one of her signature songs imo. The 4th single from The Bodyguard Soundtrack, not as strong as the previous ballad singles form the album but it's still decent and a classic.

#21
All At Once

Peak:
US: -
UK: #99

Image

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1Y5Ln9PzVw

The song should've been released in US, it could've been another hit from her debut album. A touching ballad. It's still her lowest charting hit in UK.

#20
One Moment In Time

Peak:
US: #5
UK: #1

Image

The theme song for Summer Olympic 1988. It's a classic ballad, one of her signature hits. A timeless anthem imo.

"One Moment In Time" is unbelievably epic! It's one of Whitney's signature tunes. Too low, in my opinion. :-?

Million Dollar Bill

Peak:
US: #100
UK: #5

Image

Her final single ever, a cool midtempo urban jam. The single became a moderate hit internationally, her biggest hit in UK sine My Love Is Your Love but wasn't a success in US.

#18
Miracle

US: #9
UK: -

Image

An underrated ballad from her, the 3rd single from I'm Your Baby Tonight. I think it's so beautiful. Hard to believe that the song is in fact about abortion.

#17
I Look To You

Peak:
US: #70
UK: #85

Her comeback lead single from her final studio album, I Look To You. It's a very touching song, everytime i listen to this song, i get shivered cos she's dead. In US, it became her her highest charting hit in almost 10 years.

I wonder if "Same Script, Different Cast" (featuring Deborah Cox) will make your list... It's so underrated. :(

Yay!!!!!!!!! :D

I'm happy to see both singles from "I Look To You" in the top 20 (she should have released "I Didn't Know My Own Strenght" and "Salute" as singles too, but that's fine)!

"Greatest Love Of All" so low... I think "I Have Nothing" will be the #1. :)
