For the same reason that Livepopbars is a chaos now:

"iTunes have stopped providing in-context pop bar information. I am going to see if I can get this back, but in the meantime this site will display the live rankings feed from iTunes without popularity bars. The albums and videos charts still work; the app will not work until the pop bars return. I can still get the pop bars back through more arcane methods, however this requires a complete rewrite of all my code and may take days or even weeks, so bare with me."
