The new single by The Sats!

The video is already filmed and the single will be released in April. All should premiere very soon.

I, for one, am very excited! I adored 'All Fired Up', and 'Notorious' was a grower, but here's hoping that they have another stomper up their sleeves.

I am excited, but what kind of "album" to expect

- New album
- Headlines-esque EP
or
- On Your Radar re-release
?

I think this is just to stay relevant.

The sad thing is THEY are the ones i thought would crack the US first. They need to learn to dance honestly!

I think they're pretty decent dancers, the choreography they're given is pretty rubbish though. But I don't think them being able to dance is that important - they're brilliant singers (most the time) and that, in my opinion, is the most attractive quality of them.

Looking forward to this. Although I enjoyed On Your Radar, I'd much rather have a pop album than a more dance-esque album. Ego, Up, Higher etc. all amazing songs.

All such a shame - Heart Takes Over was amazing. Higher is one of the best pure pop songs in recent years, as is Up. I also stan for Forever is Over.

This better be good - they deserve to have some proper success.

Kind of? A complete disaster!

I can't wait for new Sats. I love this band, this better be pure pop as "Ego" or "Higher".

I think it's over for these girls, No one seems to be interested anymore. They should batter out a singles collection with this track, and just leave it.

Please put out a pure pop album. More songs like Higher & Ego. They're one of the better girl bands still around.

I hope this next release is a mix of dance and pop, if it is an new album I would not mind to see an mix between Headlines and the better tracks from On Your Radar

I hate how they move on from albums so quickly. Looking forward to hearing this but I think their time is running out :(

The thing this group have failed to do is get that star member. There's no Geri or Cheryl and although the tabloids write about them on and off I don't think they're on the radar of the general public half as much as Girls Aloud were.

** insert toilet cleaner-smacking joke **

In all seriousness, I agree. They don't have the power of the press behind them. Girls Aloud had it at the start of their career due to the nature of their formation, then picked it up again when Cheryl got onto The X Factor panel. The Saturdays aren't fortunate enough to have that in their favour which is a shame because they're (vocally) more talented than the vast majority of Girls Aloud.

They just don't seem to have a buzz around them. Never have I think. Best thing to do would be to keep putting our singles and lining up hits. They're too eratic.

This is a bit of a General Artists discussion but let's remember that Girls Aloud weren't massive massive until their Greatest Hits... it's a tool I think could really help the Saturdays, if handled correctly. They've had 12 singles, the majority of which were hits, with a decent lead single and more to back it up, they could really sell a collection.

It's no secret they are a singles artist, so they need to realise this and capitalise on being bit hitmakers who sell tour tickets and merchandise because of a flawless collection of singles rather than album sellers which sadly they may never be.

That said, it is a shame to see them ditch such good albums so quickly. I would prefer to see this as part of a re-release or On Your Radar EP so as not to ditch the era entirely... but focus on having two more big singles from this era, save a BIT of face album wise but just keep the hits coming.
