If it's all political, how this year winning country didn't qualify for the final two years ago? and UK was #11 last year and #5 two years ago? Norway who won just two years ago with the highest number of votes finishing last with hardly any points?!! I think it's about a good song, a good singer, good performance and luck, or something that can standout.
