This is a great show, mainly due to the no-nonsense dealers. Jeff Salmon is terrifying! If you love the straight-talking interviews in The Apprentice and the bartering in Dragon's Den, you'll love this.

Some amazing artefacts feature as well.

Series in which people who believe they have a valuable artefact get a chance to sell it to four of the country's leading dealers. But, once they turn down an offer, there's no going back...

An antique dildo!! You don't get this on Real Deal! :o  ITV have a daytime rip-off of this show coming soon, BTW. Won't be as good.

Is this just like Dickinson's Real Deal with a bit of confrontation thrown in then?

No, it's filmed in the style of Dragon's and Apprentice. Has no similarity to Real Deal or Antiques Roadshow at all! It's several levels of quality above that. Which is why it has a cult following and rave reviews.

Saw this for the first time and loved it.

Not a surprise as it reminds mea bit of Dragons Den. Great selection of dealers too. I really don't like Jeff Salmon, but he's good entertainment.

That guy selling the paintbrushes was a right idiot - I'm surprised he managed to get anyone to buy them with his attitude.

Also loved it when Gordon revealed he has a contact who was the biggest antique dildo collector in Europe (or something like that) and he would have paid 2 grand more!

As if that woman brought her nan's crusty old dildo in! Image Love that she missed out on 3K, she was a right crank.

That Jeff Salmon is a right pr!ck. Loved the mad art guy giving him jip

Awkward when they leave the room without even shaking the dealers hand or saying goodbye.

Great show!

:o Wow! That last piece was jawdropping.

We had a dead girl's dress and an actual dead girl (replicated).

Jeff being all emotional re Amy was a surprise.

The guy asking 5 figures for a signed champagne bottle

LOOOL @ the old Queen flirting with Jeff Salmon

Surprising to see Mitch Winehouse flogging Amy's dress! Glad they got what they wanted.

Dead pregnant woman was absolutely vile :-? Can't understand why anybody would want to own that!

:o Wow. A Ku Klax Klan outfit for a toddler.

Credit to space suit bloke for standing his ground with Jeff.

Would love those Reservoir Dogs artworks. He underestimated the woman - Quentin would be amused!

Yeah I knew that she would pay a decent price for them. These people need to do their homework on the dealers before they go in! Great item...

I'm glad that Ku Klax Klan outfit didn't sell.

I quite liked the Abbey Road tiles, but it's a shame they had the second "B" missing. The woman got a fantastic deal on them though... Andrew overpaid for them.

The KKK stuff was uncomfortable, the guy was quite creepy and even Anita seemed weirded out. I do agree with him that bad history should be on display for education purposes but when it comes to trading items it doesn't sit right.

The Abbey Road woman was a tough cookie! Good on her. Reservoir Dogs guy was terrified, he reminded me of Rik Mayall in Bottom!

Space suit guy was a fool, he should've sold to Jeff it was obvious he'd get a great price!

Celia is such a cougar... and hot as she is, I can't quite take to Anita.

Celia is nothing compared to the one she replaced: Emma Hawkins.

A lot of guys were upset when she decided not to do series 2.

Anita is stunning.

I think Jeff got a great deal on that Damien Hirst piece in the end. That was a great example of the benefit of being seen last!

I tweeted him and he tweeted back, saying that he sold it immediately!

Dracula desk was awful! Cardboard chair guy was a bit of a c*ck and looked massively older than 26!

Those two selling the fish had no clue, they wanted 100k then said 25k! :o Plus they could've had 40k

That was awful  And yeah, who would want to own part of Napoleon's nob?

Can't believe two fools turned down great offers from Jeff in that show and walked away thousands out of pocket!

Hmm the gold and diamond Auschwitz was a bit uneasy, not sure profit should be made from something made from the victims' teeth and nobody should ever call Auschwitz "beautiful". His message is correct, the past should be displayed so people never forget, but not sure that was the best way to do it.

He was an odd guy... meatballs made from his own fat? Erm :-?
