I definitely dont think it was a Diana Beyonce type of thing. Just the majority of the songs I like of each album and the majority of their singles where lead by T-boz so I lean toward thinking her of the lead of the group if I personally had to pick one.

With regards to the TLC discussion, I don't think there was supposed to be a lead, but it's quite easy to presume T-Boz was the lead, and I think a few people may have thought this (probably because she was the lead singer during CrazySexyCool).
