That's it, pretty much. Most don't care all that much about the lyrics, but it sounds happy and it reminds them of the summer, so they like it. It's the type of music blasting from cars with the windows down as soon as the sun shines. It's like they're hoping it will appease the Sun gods that favor Brazil but not us
I personally don't like it. It sounds just like the type of Dutch-language music a lot of people profess to dislike, but then in a different language (which suddenly makes them like it?).
Anyway, everyone's free to like whatever, of course! If it makes them happy, why not? : P
