Agree with him. They should put into the judges team someone that knows how to sing properly. :-? both mentioned CAN NOT sing at all.

Demi CAN sing really well live, Britney well not that much, but when she tries harder she can too, he is just pressed flop.

He isn't pressed, and he wasn't even directing his comments at Demi. I'm doubtful if he even knows who she is.

I agree that Demi can hold a note and stay on key within the one octave that she has, but I don't think that people like Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Paula Abdul have any business judging anyone's singing.

You mad.

People are complaining about John Legend's reply, when Kelly Clarkson throws the most shade: http://www.eonline.com/news/watch_with_ ... say/316681

She spoke about those girls as if they were hasbeens that just got out of rehab.

Kelly said this:

And what about Kelly? "I'm excited for both of them. I'm a big fan of both of them. Both of those girls are super sweet," she gushes. "I think it's fun for them too to just be more out in the public eye again. I think those two are two you really want to root for and you really want them to succeed, so I think that's exciting."

Kelly also thinks Britney and Demi are exactly what The X Factor needs after their somewhat underwhelming first season. "Obviously they are both performers so...I think that show really needs it I don't think everybody latched onto that show like they thought they would," the original American Idol champ tells us.

Kelly didn't said anything wrong

And what about Kelly? "I'm excited for both of them. I'm a big fan of both of them. Both of those girls are super sweet," she gushes. "I think it's fun for them too to just be more out in the public eye again. I think those two are two you really want to root for and you really want them to succeed, so I think that's exciting."

-She's big fan of both of them
-She thinks that both of them are super sweet
-She thinks that is fun for both of them to be again in publics eyes
-They both are kind of stars for which you just wanna root for them and you wanna that both of them do well
-She thinks that both girls are perfect for X-Factor and that the show needs artist like them.

I don't see shade there.

AND LOL at John he is DRUNK as hell in that interview, stupid hoe.

It's pretty funny to watch the Britney army get so wound up and frustrated by someone's opinion who apparently means so little to them!
Legend is a grown man who was asked on the subject and didn't even say anything untrue! I love Britney's songs but her voice isn't great and you all sit there on your computers pissing your pants because someone with actual talent didn't bow down to your "Queen".
And thread starter, you need to stop stiring shit, Legend didn't say that quote at all that you put in the title, you misquoted him and you've made people come into this thread just reading that line which is wrong.

You read like an idiot when you put this at the end of your posts, it doesn't make any sense.

That was another statement that was taken out of context that Britney stans jumped all over!!

It's a pity Mariah had to explain herself because what she said was quite clear except people misconstrued it!

Imo, The Voice is the one who needs real singers for the judges. But X Factor has different concept, it doesn't focus only on voice.

Anyway, i guess John just tried to hype his own talent show
