2006 has seen some totally unexpected acts go country, including the Beautiful South and Bon Jovi. However, neither are quite as bizarre as this Muse song. As far removed as you could imagine from their usual style, this song would sound perfect as the theme to a Western movie. I'm not sure how Muse fans will take to it, nor whether it will win them any other fans, but it might break them into the US country market, you never know!
