Released: 21st January 2002. Having recently been appropriated by Westlife, and performed on ITV's Record Of The Year show in December as "their song", Sarah McLachlan's definitive original was the B-Side to her only previous solo UK hit - "Adia", a Top 30 single from late 1999. Still best known here as the vocalist on Delerium's "Silence", the Canadian has built a reputation as one of the finest singer/songwriters of the moment, and is a major star in North America. It's about time she became known in the UK in her own right, and this achingly beautiful ballad should do that.
