On the strength of this record the best had better be yet to come, as I can't see them doing an awful lot worse than this. If you thought Steps were the current bottom of the musical barrel then look again, there's a lower place! That of Steps-clone. Just as their mentors start releasing records which are actually OK to listen to, Scooch step in with something that makes even Michael Bolton sound appealing. Stop it. Now.
