Pete Waterman: the man behind much of the success of the likes of Kylie and Steps. The guy obviously has an eye for talent, and he certainly picked up on the talent of 13-year-old singing sensation Lauren Waterworth. As a debut single, Lauren has covered "Baby Now That I've Found You", originally done by The Foundations. Her voice is just sensational on this track! However, she has been somewhat absent from playlists, both radio and TV, so unfortunately the song is unlikely to get anywhere close to the Top 10.
They're getting younger and younger! Lauren is 13-years-old and is Pete Waterman's latest signing. She's been singing for around five years already, and Pete finally couldn't wait any longer because he thought someone else would snap her up. The song "Baby Now That I've Found You" was a No. 1 hit for The Foundations in 1967 and Lauren really does it justice, she has a fantastic voice. Pete reckons she's got one of the best voices he's ever heard, and hopefully this will be a reasonably sized hit!
