With hitmaker Dr. Luke on production duties, Britney Spears continues her ever-pleasing run of hit singles. This electronic-R&B stomper is just one of the many highlights from her current album of the same name. Complete with *whips* and a trembling bassline pre-chorus. This track has smash hit written all over it. It's flaming hot.
With "Womanizer" finally away from our eardrums (for now, at least), Britney's second single is the title track off her latest album. And it appears to be business as usual. Breathy vocals? Check. Sleazy innuendo? Check. The sort of beat that sounds like it's been used on a lot of her records post-2002? Check. Seeming like she can't really be bothered either way? Check. Never has the phrase "past it" been ever more necessary than in this case.
