Another week, and yet another so called single from the annoying queen of American teenie-"rock" that is Miley Cyrus. "Fly on the Wall" is no different to her other releases, and also seems to borrow rather heavily from Incubus' "Megalomaniac", to very little effect. Other than that, the message is clear once again readers: avoid.
