Controversial Eminem has made the right move - he's released the awe-inspiring "Cleanin' Out My Closet". With the attention (and target insult) focused mostly on his mother, Slim Shady's normal sarcastic lyrical banter is locked away, and we are subjected to a side of him many thought must have vanished at puberty. Its artistic merit is far superior to prior releases, and with a haunting chorus and touching video, let's hope it has the power to clean out the chart competition for the No. 1 spot.

"Cleanin' Out My Closet", the second release from "The Eminem Show", is a welcome change from the irritating previous single "Without Me". Eminem fails to abandon the autobiographical element to his songs though, which to most is very distracting, and leaves the song lacking somewhat. Eminem raps just as well as before but this isn't enough. Having said that, it should still be enough to secure him a fourth No. 1 hit.
