Trinity X
|
Released: 7th October 2002.
"Forever" is the debut single from London act Trinity X. After initially promoting "Forever" over a year ago, it has snowballed in popularity, becoming an anthem in clubs across the UK and Europe. It was picked up by AATW in February whereby a great mix package was put together. The unique vocals of 18-year-old Emma Dean and the fantastic vocal melody/lyrics by Thorn really make this stand out from other current trance tracks. You can't beat the original club mix which has been used for the radio edit, but it's been cut rather short, so it leaves us no choice but to buy the single to hear the full thing! Hopefully this will go Top 10 next week.

Trance act Trinity-X arrive with "Forever". Before I start, I must say this: how many more songs must we have with the title "Forever"? Don't they have any imagination at all? Anyway, back to the review. It pretty much sounds like the rest of the dance tunes that are around at the moment. The lyrics are original, but the music sounds similar to many dance tracks, and the song is very forgettable. This will probably struggle to make the Top 20.
