There's a lot of urban music out this week, but none that's quite a patch on Kelly Rowland's amazing solo single. It relates to a topic seen all too frequently in America - that of the disaffected young guy who gets a gun and goes back to his school for revenge - particularly looking at a girl called Mary who had an almost predestined future as a film star. You would never have thought it when Destiny's Child launched solo projects, but without a doubt the biggest star to come out of the group is Kelly. Expect this to be in a very tight race for No. 1.
DC3 superstar Kelly Rowland's solo career has already got off to a banging start thanks to her duet with Nelly, but now it's time to show the world she can do it all on her own. "Stole" tells the story of three high school students who had potential, but whose lives were erm, stole! A touching R&B ballad with an amazing video, it's already doing well on import and looks set to be a huge chart hit!
