Red Hot Chili Peppers
|
Released: 10th February 2003.
So the album might have been lukewarm as opposed to Red Hot, but it still had its moments, "Can't Stop" being one of them. It harks back to the golden era of Red Hot Chili Peppers when they used to play funk, combined with their new-found pop harmonies. The result is a nice blend of the two, and should please old fans along with newcomers who have somehow ignored the group until now. They might not have anything left to prove, but as long as they continue writing tunes as good as this one, it's great to have them around.
