This one is pleasant enough. A catchy chorus, nice vocals and a sweet song, but it's not really going anywhere. It seems there's a lot of similar artists all trying (and failing) to make it big right now - I don't think Ruby offers anything very different to the others, but nevertheless, it's a pretty nice effort. I doubt we'll hear from her again, though I'd like to be proved wrong.

It's not often that out of all the countless R&B-lite singles that come out every week you find anything worth salvaging, but Ruby Amanfu is definitely a rose amongst thorns. A perfect song for Spring, Ruby's sound is fresh, funky and uplifting, which is a rarity these days. I think this girl could be one to watch in the future.
