Released: 23rd June 2003.
After the disappointment that was "Familiar Feeling", it was to be hoped that Moloko's new single would be a return to the style and quality of "Things To Make And Do". Thankfully, that is most definitely the case. "Forever More" is not all that instant, but after a few listens, you'll get into it. It's a squelchy dance track, similar to "Pure Pleasure Seeker", only maybe ever so slightly inferior. Nevertheless, this is a really good return to form. Will it outpeak its predecessor? They've chosen a dead week at the top like last time, so another Top 10 hit could quite easily be on the cards.
Moloko have always offered something a little different, and this second release from their album "Statues" is no exception. It's a fairly upbeat track, with elements of disco present, and Roisin's vocals give it that recognisable Moloko sound. "Forever More" is another good effort from them, and should find a home in the Top 20 this week.
