Dance artist Paul Van Dyk enlists the help of unknown French-Canadian band Second Sun for the third single from his album "Reflections". "Crush" begins as a run-of-the-mill dance track, but when the vocals kick in, it's something more. Although the singer's voice strains a bit against the background of familiar dance beats, the bridge and chorus are irresistible, and will no doubt get stuck in your head all day. However, the song seems like a big build up to a crashing, trancey chorus that never arrives, and when it ends you feel a bit cheated. Might be a big hit on the dancefloors, but not much elsewhere.
