Eamon

Released: 12th April 2004.
Every year, there's always a big novelty track. Eamon's novelty is that he uses a lot of swearing, in what is supposed to sound like a tale of heartbreak. Nobody else could be this blunt in ending a relationship, but to say 'f**k you, you h**, I don't want you back' is a little excessive! The humour value of a song like this will undoubtedly make it a chart topper for many weeks, and a deserving one.
The debut single from the slightly angry Eamon is a response to an ex-girlfriend who cheated on him. Why exactly he decided to record a ballad to convey this, I'll never know?! Ignoring the overused swears and his irritatingly shrill voice, "F**k It (I Don't Want You Back)" is bearable.
