Danzel was the winner of Belgium's answer to Pop Idol and Fame Academy. "Pump It Up" is his debut single, and though it's very repetitive and annoying, it has proved itself to be a huge European hit, both in the clubs and on radio. OK, so Danzel can't sing and the lyrics are stupid, but the whole record is so infectious that you can't help singing along. However, there's little chance of Danzel recording another single as successful as this one, so expect him to be a one-hit-wonder.
