Having cleaned up at the 1999 MOBO awards, this album leaves you in no doubt just how she did it. The tracks are R&B at its finest and Beverly shows off her stunning voice to the maximum on most of them, most noticeably the breathless "Sista Sista’ and the brilliant single "Greatest Day".

Other tracks worth a second listen to include the fantastic upbeat R&B/soul number, "Made It Back", and the equally brilliant "Rewind (Find A Way)". "AWOL" is also a stand-out track, as is the brilliantly produced "Strong Hand". The album also includes a number of remixes, making the 16-track strong album a definite addition to any collection and a certainty for any R&B fan.
