Suede - A New Morning"A New Morning" is the fifth studio album to be released by the London band, Suede. After the initial version of the album was scrapped following many months work on it, fans couldn't be blamed for expecting the worst.

Yet, "A New Morning" has proved to be another significant album in the bands' career. Although quite a long way off from their debut, "Suede" - the latest album adopts the same romanticism and fresh ambience.

"Obsessions" and "Beautiful Loser" have the same charm and glamour of tracks from "Coming Up", such as "The Beautiful Ones" and "Filmstar", while "Astrogirl" and "When the Rain Falls" are classic, poignant Suede ballads.

Singer, Brett Anderson's, vocals sound stronger than ever, integrated well with the new stripped-down sound.

Perhaps wrongly described by the band themselves - a folk album this is not. If you're looking for the Suede of the past, they're still here. Just, perhaps, a bit older and wiser.
