Released: 11th December 2000.
The third single from Billie's second album is the title track, "Walk Of Life". From Britney style pop to an R&B-influenced dancefloor filler, number three experiments with an acoustic sound which wouldn't be out of place on Lene Marlin's album. Though her vocals are still questionable, the result deserves merit, with this very likeable track proving Billie's versatility. Not Christmas No. 1, but a great effort.
Wow, a real quality song from Billie! Up until now she's been firmly stuck in pop, with a slight hint of R&B on the funky "Something Deep Inside" and "Honey to the Bee". Yet again her title track is the standout single from the album, but is there perhaps too much out this week for it to get a good chart placing?
