Simon Cowell best described this song after Chico's unforgettable performance of this on ITV's "X-Factor" - horribly fantastic. Despite being such an awful song and concept, it is infectious and endearing. Yes, Chico proves he is a novelty with this song, but this will be the last of his fifteen minutes of fame.
Chico Slimani, from ITV's "X-Factor", has received a record deal after becoming the fifth act to leave the competition - big surprise! "It's Chico Time" is another novelty record which you either love or you hate. The song itself is very comical, but the guy can't sing and therefore has no credibility here. I'm sorry, but the only audience that Chico is going to have from this is the very young, and some of them may decide not to buy this if they have any sense. The Cheeky Girls were bad, but this is simply worse!
