Is it just me that has an image of Nelly working in McDonalds in their head after that song title? Alas, it's not the case, as "Grillz" are apparently the ultimate in bling fashion accessories - yes, a brace for your teeth that you can put as many jewels on as possible. The idea sounds awful to me, and rather coincidentally, the song does as well. Nelly used to be a really fun rap star, but this is frankly tuneless, and the chorus grates really badly and gets in between your teeth even worse than those diamonds he's on about. It's awful, so obviously it'll be a big hit, sadly.
