So, a year after THAT Busted split, a few singles and about, ooh, 5,678 bottles/cabbages thrown at various festival stages, Charlie Simpson and his rock outfit Fightstar try to prove they have the balls to take on the gods of rock with their debut album.

And having listened to it myself, what else can I say except, sorry Charlie, but you just don't cut the mustard as a dirty unshaven rocker. I know Son Of Dork get told they're fake but James has been singing like he's American for six years.

I can bearly understand a word on this album. Maybe Charlie would be better off trying something a bit more audible where he can look a bit more cleaner - such as a shelf stacker...?
