Orson - Bright IdeaHaving already had a No. 1 in the UK this year, can Orson, America's self-proclaimed biggest new band, pull off the same stunt second time around? I personally think so, because "Bright Idea" happens to be a better, more enjoyable song than "No Tomorrow", and a lot more focused as well (though the video is a bit of a letdown). Sure, it's not as immediate as that big hit, but it continues to expand their unusual rock sound, and since airplay's been positive, the boys may find themselves with another huge track on their hands.

Following up the fantastic chart-topper "No Tomorrow" was always going to be a tough task for Orson, but they've not done a bad job here. "Bright Idea" maintains the anthemic sound of their debut, although there is a plodding, almost lethargic feel to this one that makes it hard to get into.
