#54 sold 13k and #74 sold 11k this week, so around 12.5k sold for a total of 734k.

Hopefully thanks to the discount and the boost on iTunes it won't drop much next week..
Let's see if the rumoured Billboard Music Awards performance on 14 Oct is true so it can have a little push the following week...

Regarding ROM, next week it'll be its final in Hot 100 before going recurrent (unless it's performed on BBMA and it rises again above top 50... which seems unlikely).

          • New peak for ROM on Billboard Adult Contemporary Songs this week (#11).
Don’t know how close it is to Top 10...

            • With the reccurent rule - there seems to be some confusion, i thought it could only get 20 weeks because its below #50, but some people are saying as its already below #50 it can chart til it goes OUT

                ?

Unless the rules have changed recently, which I doubt, once a song surpasses 20 weeks, if it's below #50 it goes recurrent. Not if it falls below #50 after the week 20...

For example, Born This Way went 57-out on week 21, or You and I went 62-out on week 21...
Those two were already below 50 on week 20 and they became recurrent the following week.

So next week will be ROM last week in Hot 100 (unless it climbs back to Top 50 at some point).

It left the combined chart with 46,764 units and it has sold 2,385 physical copies since then.
So 49,149 + the digital and streaming units sold these weeks since it left the combined Top 50.
I guess it's safe to say it has moved around 55k units in Japan by now.

Last total known figures for ASIB there were 44,855 and for Joanne 43,334. (Correct me if I'm wrong, AnderF10)

                      • How close is Chromatica to Gold in Japan? Also, is there any possibility of Joanne, ASIB and Shallow all getting the Gold certification there?

Well, it makes no sense, but despite having a combined albums chart for some time now, Japan still certifies albums based on sales alone (!!!) And not even physical and digital combined... but Gold for 100k physicals or Gold for 100k digital albums...

So, despite the album being at around 55k so far (which would be far for 100k anyway) it's even worse when you consider it needs 100k physicals or 100k digital albums sold to reach Gold there.
                          So not gonna happen.
                          Same for Joanne and ASIB.

55k is actually good in Japan in 2020 for foreign acts... It's just frustrating to think how much this record could have sold there if she could have gone there to promote...

                                    • 911 is not charting on their singles chart, but the airplay in Italy is helping the album, which is great.

So next week will be ROM last week in Hot 100 (unless it climbs back to Top 50 at some point).
There is one possibility that a song could chart below the top 50 after week 20: It can keep charting if it gains in terms of chart points. It rarely happens and if, then in the context of extremely slowburners (I think it's been the case with AWOLNATION's 'Sail' back then.). So a song could drop from No. 49 to No. 51 in week 21 if there's a ton of new releases that week and the song slightly dropped but actually had an increase in terms of chart points.
