I think someone said one time their charts still go from Monday to Sunday, so new releases only have three days and they usually rise on 2nd week.

    I can’t confirm 100%, though.

MrLeonix points out a question which very important and has little to do with this weeks Gaga position. It's a question in general why the belgium chart is structured in the way that many songs systematicly rise in the second and often in the third week. I know that from all Britney positions and wonder why because there isn't any other country where it is that way. Maybe someone has some answer?

Nobody here said or expected it to remain stable in the second week, we had album bombs by local rappers and drop in streaming, however, radio continues to grow more and more, day after day, and that's what we are talking about. The only fact here is that if SL continues to be supported by the radio, it'll return to the Top 10, whether you like it or not.

    Lady Gaga - Stupid Love 40.306 (+1.666)
~6m without rolling effect + new peak today, if it continues like this, we'll have monstrous climbs next week.

#22 (+13) Stupid Love [2 weeks]. *NEW PEAK; greatest gainer of the week*

"Stupid Love" becomes Gaga's highest charting song since "Do What U Want" here.

16 consecutive weeks in the Top 10 and counting even with this weak performance on the other platforms, so you better stop talking too much and hold on, let's wait for the next few weeks.

That's good if you're banking on the radio support to keep the song afloat in the long run. But M5 didn't release another single since Memories and we already have a confirmation Gaga is releasing collaboration with Ariana at the end of the month. Radios hardly ever support two songs from the same artist at the same time (not impossible, but still doesn't happen often). So either they will drop Stupid Love and play the new song that will take over, or the next single will be a non event on the radios, because streaming won't hold Stupid Love it seems.

I do think Stupid Love did its job even if it won't have longevity. Still, i think it's too early to talk about it it's fate, it's been released only two weeks ago.
