A ft. with Ariana would debut in the top 3 easily, #1 wouldn't be out of the plan either.

It was #1 with a really big lead for several days.

And don’t forget she’s been doing good on Italian Apple Music all week, top 15 or so, and paid streaming weighs more for charts in Italy than free streams.

I think most of us, me included, overlook Apple Music as it’s considered smaller than Spotify but it’s definitely having a great impact on charts as well.
Yeah I always got the impression that AM wasn’t that popular in Italy so I kinda overlooked it

Yes, we don't have a sales chart, but if we had it should have debuted at #1 or #2.
I estimate 2.500 - 2.750 real sales and about 1.500 equivalent from streaming.

Considering how strong is the streaming nowadays here in Italy, it is a great debut .

    SPOTIFY WEEKLY

    Global: #13 - 24,400,673
    US - #8 - 7,497,882

    Hong Kong - #6
    Taiwan - #6
    Canada - #10
    Czech Republic - #10
    Hungary - #10

    UK - #11
    Finland - #12
    Slovakia - #14
    Brazil - #15
    Poland - #15
    Ireland - #15
    Australia - #18
    Greece - #19

    Norway - #21
    Sweden - #26
    Switzerland - #32
    New Zealand - #36
    Philippines - #36
    Portugal - #37

    Belgium - #43
    Austria - #47
    Denmark - #48
    Italy - #52
    Mexico - #55
    Netherlands - #63
    Argentina - #68
    Germany - #71
    France - #71
    Japan - #89

    Spain - #102

Spanish position is even worse than expected as it has the whole Bad Bunny album, 20 tracks, ahead. Same in Mexico.
Our chart is 95% reggaetton nowadays... hard times for English songs and pop here.
I think it can be Top 50 on the official chart despite this Spotify entry, though, thanks to Apple Music, where it was Top 40 all week and thanks to digital sales.

In France same situation... a rapper’s new album has 15 tracks ahead.

I haven’t checked the other minor markets, not a full update.

Actually pleased with the songs performance so far, everyone needs to stop comparing a star is born, as that was a soundtrack to a successful film, it’s better compared to her last era which was Joanne, and so far stupid love is performing better than perfect illusion! That’s probably the help of ASIB soundtrack, but let’s see how the album does,

my estimation for the album would be 200 to 250k sps

I guess we’ll have top 10 debuts in English speaking countries (US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia...)
And Top 40 debuts in Europe.

I thought it would be lower considering it was #18 in midweeks. Only dropped 3.
But... Damn, lost the top 20 for just one spot.

Her best debut there since Applause (debuted at #18, later peaked at #5).
Shallow debuted at #41 and peaked at #4 weeks later.
Perfect Illusion debuted and peaked at #31.
Million Reasons only charted one week at #85.
The Cure debuted at #79 and peaked at #57 weeks later.
