Yes, if by 'ever' you mean 10+ years.

Albums don't really stop getting sold, and streaming means they continue to accumulate lots of units in the long run. Kylie isn't as huge on streaming as she deserves to be, so her incredible pure sales will have to do most of the work. Kylie has a loyal album purchasing fan base, so if she restocks Disco frequently, the pure sales will continue to do well for a while. We also have KM16 coming next year, and that is sure to give Disco a boost. Disco will therefore eventually go platinum, maybe by its tenth or so anniversary.

The discounted vinyls and CDs on Amazon are continuing to sell so I guess eventually it will go platinum. But due to the shrinking of the UK maket , platinum should actually be 200k

Gold is the new Platinum there so she has done extremely well. Hope her new album will reach Gold there at least.
