Those are good numbers for the video & Spotify, especially since her last singles didn't perform too well.

Top 20 would be great. Younger Now, Nothing Breaks Like a Heart, Mother's Daughter and Slide Away didn’t even enter the Top 40. And yes it has to have longevity as well. Don’t Call Me Angel debuted at #13 and then dropped like a stone and spent only 7 weeks on the Hot 100. It's not even certified Gold in the US which is terrible if you consider that three big female artists were on the track.

"Slide Away" debuted at #29 with 1.86 million streams and "Mother's Daughter" debuted at #14 with 2.63 million streams. So it’s definitely an improvement already.
