This is confusing.

Over 5.4 million but the label has it certified 1xP less.

It's a double album. Could it be eligible for 10x Platinum?

Hmmm, yes and no. RIAA considers multi-disc album, if the total length is 100 minutes or more (IIRC). The regular version lasts almost 97 minuts, BUT Target version has 2 additional tracks (104 min total) and Bonus edition has 3 extra tracks (107 min total). So, I guess that standard edition is being counted as 1 copy sold, but both Target and Bonus should be counted twice, imo.

I have no idea, tbh. Anyway, on Spotify there is only standard version available (less than 100 minutes). Don't know what about other platforms

yeah and the album will be at 6 million sold by mid March 2023 some 26 months after release the fastest country album to do so this millennium so far the fastest to reach that Mark was Shania Twains Come On Over which did so in one year of release Nov 4th 1997 To Nov 4th 1998 granted that album is in need of an updated certification by the RIAA by at least 4 million copies since its last in 2004 which would tie it with Led Zeppelin IV and Beatles The Beatles aka White album as the 6th best selling title in RIAA History at 24,000,000 units sold in the US alone several top certified albums are in need of updates including Guns & Roses Appetite For Destruction should be 20x platinum it was last certified on September 23rd 2008 at 18x platinum Metallica, Metallica last certified in December 2012 should be 18x platinum Taylor Swifts 1989 should be diamond which would be her 2nd album to reach that milestone becoming only the 2nd female artist to debut after the turn of the 21st century to do so after Adele who's had all four of her albums reach at least triple platinum and is one of the top female artists of the 21st Century so far along with Taylor Swift Carrie Underwood & Kelly Clarkson

don't believe it's fallen out of the billboard top 10 yet so 99 weeks as of last week and this coming week will be its 100th week on the chart and 86th week at #1 on the Country albums chart

It did fall out of the top 10 for one week(last December when all the Xmas albums were climbing) but other than that, it has never left the top 10.
