The thing is that she will never be gone because of the paradigm shift she single handedly put into motion. I don’t think Warner will do that until her 50th - probably combining all the sales from the re-issues. They also appear to have a plan to push Madonna’s streaming - why certify before we see any of that come to fruition?

No. There was some confusions when the deal was announced as it said 17 albums and she only has 14, but Warner came straight out and denied it meant 3 new studio albums.

I’m guessing the remix album, an unreleased leftovers album and a greatest hits for her 50th will make up these 3 albums - but I’m only guessing,

She is free in that she doesn’t need to release anything through Warner, but it’s pretty clear she’ll spend the rest of her career doing so - I mean she’s even giving them the Interscope albums.

What a huge disaster by Warner was this Material Gworl release last night

It's not even on New Music Friday or New Music Friday UK. Was it so difficult to place a Madonna song in there? Interscope got it with every single thing of Madame X which was pre-released.

It's really not a huge disaster.
