Madonna numbers will keep dropping unless Warner works on adding the tracks to playlists.
That's the most important marketing tool for streaming on music industry nowadays.

I think she is ok, first, most of these happened months ago, it's not like all the songs listed were removed today, except for La Isla Bonita. Plus most of these songs have been steady in her top 10.

Richard Marx song is a HUGE classic and still a favorite on Karoke nights.
The song still plays on the radio and on music channels like VH1 and MCM so it seems right. Hopefully
Madonna will step ahead of him soon as it seem she is having more daily views on her video now.
Another video they should upgrade to HD soon to boost views is "Like a Prayer".

Don't they? If a song was officially released one year after its parent album, I guess we could say that they are songs from the following year.
For instance, I consider La Isla Bonita a 1987 song, not 1986.
But I do agree that it's a grey area, and there could be opinions in both ways.

CFY could be her Valentines Day All I Want For Christmas Is You song . So much potential but we know Ms people will do nothing. It took them this long to even announce special editions of her albums.

She is back with Warner now... they weren't very much interested in promoting her very much since she announced the move to Live Nation in 2007. Sure they promoted "Hard Candy" and "Celebration" to explore the "golden eggs QUEEN" the most but they didn't put too much effort in it as well. After that they just released those albums boxes so they would cash in on Superbowl.

Now it's different as Madonna will be recording new albums for them, her legacy work have a new contract and the Live Nation albums will be joining them as well as Madonna owns the masters recordings and it seems that Live Nation only have exclusivity until 2025.

Everything can happen! Madonna have so many songs and so many hits that they can even have one different song for special events every week if they really want to. They certainly will do what they can to cash in on Madonna (if even Elvis Presley releases new lyric videos for his classics like "I Can't Help Falling In Love" for Valentine Day). Even something like that, a lyric video for "Crazy for You" on Valentine's season, would help the songs streams a bit as YouTube view streams count as much as free Spotify streams in UK (and 100 streams are already 1 unit sold in UK, the lowest I know! In Germany you need 200 streams and in most countries you need 150 streams - In US you need 125 paid streams or 375 ad supported free streams).
