TOP 40 Airplay Hit in France! Didn't expect that! It's amazing!
I hope it increases next week (not sure what is the airplay tracking period in France, have to look it up).
The Singles tracking week it's Friday to Thurday so these recent better 3 days at iTunes and Spotify are not reflectide yet (only last Thursday numbers are here).
In France and Germany iTunes weight on Single Charts is way bigger than most other countries as the free users streams don't count towards charts (only PAID users - trial do not count also) and certifications awards (and over 80% of audio streams come from free or trial users / also France and Germany still have a bigger percentage of sales compared to streams compared to countries like UK and even bigger when compared to US).
Strange enough final numbers are in "streams" and not units (physical and digital sales are converted in streams - 150 streams for each). Also YouTube doesn't count for charts only premium audio streams.

It's almost certain that it will make it to the TOP 100 Single Charts in France based on iTunes and Spotify huge improvement on performance from Friday until today!!! (both remix versions are combined for chart purposes).
If by any miracle it reaches the TOP 50 (it's still at #06 on iTunes and holding on at Spotify) will be Madonna 60 TOP 50 song in France putting her in a tie with Mylene Farmer as 2nd Artist with Most TOP 50 Hits in France (Johnny Halliday is ahead with 78 TOP 50 Hits in France). David Guetha (that is also french) is at 4th with 51 followed by Rihanna (37), Michael Jackson (36) and Celine Dion (35).
If you have a PAID subscritpiton use a VPN for France and stream hard until thursday as Madonna may be able to become tie with Mylene as Artist with Most Top 50 Hits on the Official SIngle Charts next week on French Charts.

Out of all these amazing News regarding her streams, the one I'm most excited about is the Erotica surge.
One could argue it's not a big deal, but it is, given it's an album that's been forever ignored/forgotten.
