On the issue of bundling, the latest rule changes supersede several others that were previously instituted in January. Nope, thats old. The Rules you mentioned were the old ones which have now been superseded by the new rules. It literally says in the link "no more ticket merch bundles" They are over.

“Rebel Heart” did have bundles included, but awkwardly, only 10k came from that.

”Madame X” was at 40k regular + 50k bundles sales.

If we take into account that she probably won’t release an album before 2022/3, the sales will keep on declining and streaming will get even bigger.

I hope she pulls something new, but I think “Madame X” was the last opportunity for that #1 in the US. As someone mentioned, I’d like her to get another #1 in the UK.
