According to chartmasters, TIC sold 11.9 million so basically it should be 12x platinum. As a side note, it's so funny to me that some people underestimate Madonna's 80s albums sales because of the huge success of TIC. It cannibalized her 80s albums sales and makes them look less successful than they were.

I would be really happy for her to return to warner, I know she doesn't consider herself to be a legacy artist but I think with such an extensive back catelogue it would be fantastic of her and her label to remind everyone why she is the biggest selling female of all time. Show case her work, rejuvenate people's interest in her, a Glasto spot, once she has captured everyone's interest for all the right reasons then bring a new album with a better team, better quality of production and boom!

Madame X has sold 169k units in the USA according to Alpha Data, Variety informed.

What was the last number tracked? Does it align? I would say that it’s and ok figure, yeah it could have sold better but at least it’s something, 169k alone from the USA and 50k from the UK make 220k and from there to other countries, I’m sure that Madame X managed to sell 500k WW.

I'm so happy for her comeback to warner. I'm pretty positive that warner people will take care of her certification updates and they had better as soon as possible!!!! Her so many units and works are overdue.

In Warner we trust to fix up all these little details: HD videos, singles uploaded on streaming platforms, unify streams, remaster the first albums and update certifications.

it makes sense that Interscope couldn’t care less about it since their only job was to distribute her music and even then they couldn’t do it properly.

I would have thought that the BIM performance video would have added some extra streams to the song.

Next week Dua remix!!! What are your thoughts on first day and first week numbers? What was M’s biggest first day numbers? Was it Medellin with around 3M?

I would.love if they merged views on some videos. Like A Virgin would be closer to 100 million, GGW close to 78 million, etc.
