It’s not stalling. Last Wednesday it actually decreased, but it increased yesterday (even if it was very little.)
It will get bigger numbers today and will get a new peak on Saturday!

The remix is not gonna grow forever and I think it's not gonna make the global top 200 without support from radio, video or biggest playlists,

but I don't think it's stalling yet. It's arriving to new markets right now, and good news it's never gonna plummet cause its success is really organic, so it may be inside her top 10 for months/years.

Her team may release the new version when they think this first one is really peaking, to try to reach some top 40's combining both versions. We don't know.

Taking into account reported numbers the remix decreased in Germany and moved up by few streams in the other countries.
I predict around 420-430k update today

I am sorry but I am not on board with this Sicksick remix euphoria, I don't think it does justice to a masterpiece like Frozen and I will be pissed if younger generations get to know the song in this form only. Even in case Madonna returned to the charts via this remix I wouldn't be too thrilled. The only postive outcome that I see is that it might push more young people to discover the original 1998 version and the whole Madonna catalogue, but I am afraid this won't happen in large numbers, most teenagers will only listen to this corny remix and won't move on.

I'm surprised at Frozen not entering Spotify Turkey top 200 as it reached #1 on iTunes here and was very popular.

It’s #19 on Shazam Turkey, and #184 on Apple Music there. But Spotify top 200 may be harder to reach, as it requires 37,000 streamings per day at the moment.

Maybe in a few days. It made Norway yesterday, and Switzerland today. More countries may follow as this song tends to do better on Wednesdays & Thursdays
