So in the end, that fake GH was just a mistake from OOC and they labeled it for some reason like that, and they had it at +8,000 sold, so that's 8k lost for Celebration's totals

It can only re-enter the Hot 100 under very special circumstances; and, even so, it has to manage to reach at least #50.
