That's a little over 40,000 since last update, last year. It's selling ~0,6k copies per week, but it represents sales that were sold above the price allowed for it to appear in the album chart.

I was under the impression that cumulative sales totals includes sales across all price points - I might be getting mixed up though, I've raised as a query at another chart forum.

They do.
Mid price sales are not counted for YEC, for example, but they’re counted for cumulative totals.
